Gary’s plays include his historic rap opera in Shanghai, The Great Emancipator Meets The Monkey King, and the award-winning full-length verse drama Beaver Falls.  Burning In China sold out at the New York International Fringe Festival after being recommended by the New Yorker and featured in the New York Times. Long Lankin’s Curse, a drama about redemption through meaning and redemption through love, is in progress.
